NCP pioneer Nawab Malik on Saturday asserted that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had at first confined 11 individuals from a Goa-bound voyage transport off Mumbai coast last week, yet let off three of them, remembering the sibling for law of BJP pioneer Mohit Bharatiya, after several hours.
