On Monday, the crime drama film ‘Satya’ celebrated its 25th anniversary. To commemorate the event, Manoj Bajpayee, Shefali Shah, J D Chakravarthy, and Urmila Matondkar shared some snippets from the iconic movie on their Instagram accounts. Directed by Ram Gopal Varma, the 1998 film earned a lot of appreciation from viewers for its amazing storyline, dialogues, and songs such as ‘Goli Maar’ and ‘Sapne Mein Milti Hai’. The film is also known for its punchline ‘Mumbai ka King Kaun? Bhiku Mhatre!’, which Manoj delivered with finesse. Fans flooded the comment section with love and admiration.
Manoj Bajpayee was recently seen in the courtroom drama ‘Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai’ on the OTT platform Zee5. The movie revolves around an ordinary lawyer who single-handedly fought a case against a godman and successfully prosecuted him for the rape of a minor under the POCSO act. Manoj was elated to receive the audience’s praise. He thanked everyone involved in the film, including director Apoorv Singh Karki, actors Surya Mohan Kulshrestha and Adrija Sinha, and others.
