On Wednesday, it was announced that Gippy Grewal has begun filming for his upcoming Punjabi movie, “Shinda Shinda No Papa”. Directed by Amarpreet GS Chhabra and produced by Saregama and Humble Motion Pictures, the movie is a heart-warming family comedy. Grewal is excited to be a part of the project, as it is both entertaining and has a social message. Written by Naresh Kathooria, the film is about the struggles of parenting in a changing environment. Along with Grewal and his son Shinda, Hina Khan will also be making her debut in the Punjabi film industry. Siddharth Anand Kumar of Saregama India Ltd. said that they are eager to back movies that feature modern themes and strong narratives. The movie will be filmed in Punjab and Canada and is set to be released in 2024.
