ED raids multiple locations linked to Shiv Sena MP Bhavana Gawali in money laundering case

Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday led attacks at various premises in Maharashtra connected to Shiv Sena MP Bhavana Gawali regarding an examination concerning affirmed illegal tax avoidance, authorities said.

They said something like seven premises connected to the Lok Sabha part from Yavatmal-Washim are being looked under the arrangements of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

The ED case is perceived to be founded on a Maharashtra police FIR on a supposed Rs 18 crore misrepresentation and different inconsistencies.

Authorities said the pursuits are being done at areas in Washim, Mumbai and some different spots.
