Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Friday said 10 new instances of the new Covid variation omicron had been recognized in the public capital, taking the count to 20.

Ten of these patients had been released, he said.

The priest said 10 out of the 40 examples sent for genome sequencing tried positive for the new variation.
