Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat has warned that China has become India’s biggest security threat and said troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) will be there for now.

Head of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat has cautioned that China has turned into India’s greatest security danger and said troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) will be there for the present.

At an occasion coordinated by a media house today, General Rawat said, “India is ready for any misfortune along the boundary and in the ocean.”

India and China have been secured a tactical deadlock in Eastern Ladakh since May 2020 along the LAC, the defacto limit. Talks between military leaders and at the strategic level have not assist with settling the matter.

General Rawat referenced that “absence of trust” and “doubt” were not aiding settling the line question between the two nations.

He communicated worries regarding what the Taliban’s standard would mean for India’s security, with the expanded chance of psychological militants in Jammu and Kashmir getting ammo support from Afghanistan.
