A man from Navi Mumbai has been accused of repeatedly raping a 14-year-old girl, which resulted in her becoming pregnant. The man and the girl had connected through Instagram in January 2021 and had a relationship. The girl got pregnant in May 2023 after the alleged rapes took place at the man’s house. The man’s mother was aware of the situation but did not object. The police have registered a case against the man and his mother based on a complaint from the victim.
