Previous Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh was on Tuesday created under the watchful eye of a unique court here by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) following his capture in a tax evasion case.
Anil Deshmukh was produced for remand under the steady gaze of Additional Sessions Judge PB Jadhav, who is managing the unique occasion court, a short while evening.
The ED is probably going to look for his authority for additional scrutinizing.

Anil Deshmukh was captured by the ED on Monday night after more than 12 hours of addressing in the tax evasion case connected to a supposed blackmail racket in the state police foundation.
Prior to creating him in the court, the arraigning office had taken the NCP pioneer to the state-run JJ Hospital here for a customary clinical examination.
The ED had started a test against Deshmukh and his partners after the CBI documented its FIR against the NCP pioneer on April 21 this year on charges of debasement and abuse of true position. PTI
