7 more accused in cruise drugs case gets bail from NDPS court

A unique court here on Saturday conceded bail to supposed medication seller Aachit Kumar and six others captured in a medications seizure case, in which film entertainer Shah Rukh Khan’s child Aryan is one of the blamed.

Extraordinary court judge VV Patil, hearing cases identified with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in all actuality bail to the seven denounced.

With this, 12 of the 20 captured charged have bail in the high-profile case up until now.

Prior, the NDPS court had denied bail to Aryan Khan. In any case, the Bombay High Court on Thursday conceded bail to him and his two co-blamed Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

The NCB had asserted that it had captured Aachit Kumar dependent on the assertions of Aryan and Arbaaz Merchant.

The office has affirmed that he used to supply medications to Aryan.

The other charged whose bail supplications were permitted by the uncommon court on Saturday are Nupur Satija, Gomit Chopra, Gopalji Anand, Samir Sehgal, Manav Singhal and Bhaskar Arora.

The court’s point by point bail request is yet to be made accessible.

On October 26, the exceptional court had conceded bail to two other blamed for the situation – Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu. They were the initial ones to get bail for this situation.

On October 2, the NCB had attacked the voyage boat and professed to have held onto prohibited medications.

Prior on Saturday, Aryan Khan left the Arthur Road prison in focal Mumbai, where he was held up throughout the previous 22 days following his capture for the situation. PTI
